Public Safety
Strengthening community policing and supporting the Resident Officer Program. I feel investing in programs to reduce crime rates and build safer neighborhoods for everyone is a priority as well.
Workforce Growth
Start with supporting local small businesses to create more job opportunities. Partner with other agencies and work with them to bring additional opportunities for job creation.
Address Housing Needs
Work on affordable housing initiatives by continuing to support the Coastal Community Action Program and the Housing Authority of Grays Harbor County.
Fiscal Responsibility
I am committed to a strong budget and a robust economy. I will work towards a balanced budget. The county needs to continue to invest in infrastructure as long we ensure fairness for all citizens. Strong infrastructure is very important to help address the housing needs.
Healthcare Access
Advocating for healthcare coverage and mental health services within our county. The need for local care is great we have an aging population. We need to ensure every family in the county receives the care they deserve.
Environmental Sustainability
We all want to protect what makes Grays Harbor special, our forests, our waterways, and our coastlines. We also need to make sure families can make a living. I believe we can do both by supporting responsible resource management, local jobs, and common sense.
I also believe that Public lands should remain open to the Public whenever possible.
